Interaction between Wukong's W and Tahm Kench's Devour

So I was playing as Wukong, the enemy team had a Tahm Kench. At some point in the game, he ate my clone and managed to spit it out as a creep, doing the AoE damage and all, this makes absolutely no sense. Another problem with this interaction is that Tahm can eat the clone and if the clone expires while inside him, the AoE damage is dealt around him, opening the door for possible team killing, I'm not sure if this happens with shaco's ult though, and I'm not even sure if this is intended or not.

Anyway, I believe the first bug to be really broken, since it does quite significant damage when he spits a creep, or in this case, Wukong's clone, out.

Summoned units can generally be affected by CC. If he couldn't eat it, that would also be a way for him to tell it wasn't real.

Definitely intended. Tahm makes the unit untargetable, but doesn't prevent it from dealing damage from ongoing effects.
