Katarina abilities bug [GAMEPLAY]

I killed corki with the Hextech gunblade QEWR combo and suddenly I couldn't use abilities Q, R, recall, or even auto attack. I tried to reconnect and it did nothing. After about 10min of gameplay I used my E and it unbugged itself.

If I pressed the buttons it would make a sound but do no animation or cast the spell. As you can imagine this nearly cost me a ranked game.

If you like I can post which game is happened in with the champions involved.

I hope to hear some answers as I would not like to recreate this bug as I will probably lose a game as a result.
