Attempting to reconnect

Hi everyone, for the past 2 and a half days i m unable to play League because of the random ping spikes.It started in a game when the "attempting to reconnect" window popped out but ever since i cant play.I have submitted a support ticket to riot and they gave me a lot of advice how to solve the problem but none of them worked.I m just wondering if any of u have experienced the same issue lately. My ping is around 40-60 and randomly goes up to 5000 and blocks the game.Other online games work normally.I m on EU NE by the way. And yeah client itself seems to take quite unusual time to load up. I'm having the same problem, same server, and other games work perfectly fine as well. Hope this problem gets fixed

I'm having the same issue. My client keeps attempting to reconnect about 5-8 times per game. Sometimes I'll lag hard then it recovers but most of the time, I completely disconnect and need to reset my internet on my computer to make it work. However, it does not seem to be a problem with my internet service provider because I am still connected to the internet on Google Chrome while the game is disconnected.
