I have frame drops for no reason

it started yesterday.it was a usual day:came home,did homework and then went to play some lol.but after i started to play,i had huge frame drops.like litterally from 140{my average kinda} to 20 and it made the game unplayable.i restared the computer after i entered the match and it worked although next game the issue progressed.i tried looking for ways to fix this but i have my radeon at latest installment and i shouldn t need to lower settings as lol should be running smoothly on my pc.pls help me guys

I am having the exact same issue on my end as well running the game normally at around 144, but now constantly going down to around 40 and having it fluctuate between 40-144 non-stop making the game completely unplayable. Feeling like it started on Monday.
