Azir Autoattack bug

Hello,

im a Azir main and it often happens to me that that i use my q and an autoattack on an enemy champion in lane and then the autoattack animation goes of but no dmg is applied to the target. recently this happened to me in many ranked games and got me twice killed and denied me 4 kills so far.. more rarly it sometimes even happens that i q and then i cant attack at all and azir just stands there and doesnt attack until i move him to another position. you did a great job on fixing so many annoying bugs on azir but i beg you to take a look at this one and solve it.l it really annoys me i will try to get some footage of it and link it. I sadly cant tell you how exactly to reproduce this bug. it mostly happens after i q and then do a autoattack

Edit: here is one that shows it even better. i would have gotten anivas egg form out but the but the auttoattack didnt hit for some reason, you can hear again the sound of the attack, funny part the next one did hit. https://youtu.be/G2H6AwFJinA?t=50s
