8.24 changes to heimer are filled with SO MANY BUGS. This is just a small amount with has been found so far!

Aery not procing on turrets. Rylais not procing on turrets. E only stunning for 0.25s not 1.25 and same for ulti E. Ulti W doesn't put W on cd(only positive thing)

even with max cdr turrets still need 50 odd seconds for the change to even be a buff.... Riot can you sort this out please

That's unfortunate, I hope Riot fixes Heimer and once he's fine in terms of bugs they nerf him.

So the bug fixes have caused more bugs? I just went into a practice game as the new patch changed all my hotkey settings to quick cast chose Heimer and noticed the same thing on his E, the stun on a dummy was a fraction of a second not the 1.25 it should be.

I really hope they will fix them ASAP. The lowering of the E duration is a huge nerf to him. You have to be very close to your opponent so the turrets can hit their laser beans.

Agreed, please fix heimerdinger's E stun. It has been made useless all of a sudden for no reason.
