Valor's Q Animation

When you change into valor when you are playing Quinn, using Q while in Valor form shows the animation but like valor doesn't move his own wings to do the attack. I don't know if it has always been like this but I think it would look better if valor actually moved his wings for the Q animation. I don't know if its just the skin either, I play on woad scout Quinn I haven't tried any other skins. But I hope riot will fix the animation because it would look way better. xD
