So recently I've tried getting a chest and I can't seem to get one. I've gotten multiple S-, S, S+, but everytime I never get a chest. I haven't unlocked a chest on the champions that I played. I also have 1 chest available. Does anyone know why I can't get a chest? Is it due to honor level? (I recently got chat restricted)
If you own the champ you are earning an s on, it probably is due to your honor lvl. I thought bad honor = no rewards, which would include chests until you are good (honor lvl) again. Not 100% though as I haven't received punishment ever.
I'm just spitballing at this point but do you own the champion, you can't earn chest from "weekly rotation" champs. Its the only other reason I can think of if you all the other conditions (besides a bug that is).
Honor level 2 or above are eligible to receive weekly chests.

Yep, chat restriction is preventing you from getting chests at the moment.
