Riot why can't I redeem RP

I have a RP Card and I entered the code. After 2 hours it still says redeeming. I am guessing this is a bug because other people I know have had the same problem. Can you let us know if this is a bug or if something is wrong with my computer.

Official word from them is tons of people putting in codes at once, just wait.
