1 loss in promotion = promo loss? help please.

So, i got into a promotion series, played one game, lost and got the message " you have been unsuccessful in completing your series" although mad i decided to let it go and got into another series, i lost my first game, and then went to sleep, i got on today and was no longer in my series and lost 14 LP... kinda pissed off that this happened 2 times... nobody else uses my account, i didnt dodge any games, and only had one loss in both promotion series. Please someone help me, sent an email to riot, its been 3 days havnt gotten anything back, someone help.
