New UI, what i would change

On the new ui, when the spells come off couldown, a blue animation shows up, it gives me the feeling that i don't have mana for them for 1 sec, same at lvlup. At passive spells, it feels like i didn't even put a point on it. Riot please change the animation color to something else, and give some color to passive spells, for example TF's E
