I got S rank on 16 champs but I did not receive any chests for them

Hi there, I am confused about the system for the S rank chests and would like to know if it's my client or something within the system as I haven't received any chests of a late. I've gotten 16 S ranked champs but no chests from them. Thanks in advance!
