[GAMEPLAY] Anivia Q visual bug

Lately I've noticed when playing Anivia that once in a while her Q projectile will cast, but the Visual Effect will not display. However the Q still deals its damage and stuns when and if it hits while invisible. I cannot describe specific conditions that this occurs other then the fact that I play Anivia without a skin, so perhaps it is linked to her default skin, perhaps not. It doesn't happen too often, but it is bothersome when it does. I'm unsure if this is a known issue or if this is a bizarre case specific to me, but I figured I'd let you know.
