Blue screen when going ingame

I have played League for the past 5 years, and i have never had trouble with this blue screen until the weekend. Not sure if it is some files in the patch or its just my computer, but every time 1:33, or further in the game it suddenly crashes. Its really frustrating, because i lose Lp and get the afk restriction.

Can someone help me find the problem, or do i just have to wait for the next patch? Haven't played League for like 5 days guys, i am getting Withdrawal haha
