Championship Riven season 2 icon lost!

This happened quite a while back, but i thought it was just a simple bug, and that it would show it sooner or later. Iam sure 100% that i had that icon, and it was suddenly dissapeared? I got Championship skin the next day of its release, and with it the championship icon. What the hell happened?
