Bug with Singed in URF mode - Attention Riot -

Just a heads up for you to look at Singed in URF. I am on Oceanic servers and when you use your ult, It lasts 25 sec and the Cooldown is 20 sec. So if you use it again before it runs out, the animation will not come back.

So I mean you use the Ult the first time, full animation. If you use it after 20 sec without waiting 25 it will still work but the animation for your ult will disappear. Can you look into this? Thanks
