[CLIENT] Select Banned Champion Then Unable To Change

- I selected Jax During banning phase i clicked Zoe Then I clicked ban After all the bans and it was my turn to lock in it showed that the Champion I selected was Zoe but I choose Jax I tried to change my Champ to Jax and Tried to lock in but it keeps saying i couldnt play a banned champ 4.My League Client is extremly Laggy whenever I try to select any thing the timer still ticks down but wont lock in even if i spam lock in
