Twitch Prime problem

So few weeks ago, I linked my League account to the Twitch Prime account I have, and the gift never came. And yeah, Im sure that its still a Prime account, it says "Added To Your Twitch Account" and I did get my WF items. How to solve this thing?

Same thing happened to me as well. I have no idea what happened I signed up for the Trial and everything just for the capsule and says I should receive item next time I log in and have yet to receive the capsule...
