Elo Problem

So I was playing ranked, and I was on 59 lp. I lose a game, and it says I lost 19, that's fine. What wasn't fine was looking at my profile and seeing that I had gone down to 30 lp not 40. So I played another ranked game, won that, and the client said that I got 19 lp from it, but instead of it going up to 49 lp, it just went up to 39. Meaning I had lost 29 lp from a loss, and gained 9 lp from a win. Anyone else having this problem in ranked?
