{CLIENT} Siver not showing up on champ select list in Team Builder

I just bought Siver today and first game i went to teambuilder and she wasnt there closed it out she was there but when i selected her it popped up saying invalid champion select (no screenshot) but when i came back she was there and i could play her i came back to play another game with her and i open up team builder she wasnt there came back again and she was the back out once more not there again. This is on the day of the 5.4 patch so idk if the patch caused this or what. Screenshots are show as they were taken in order.

Bumping because I had this issue. Bought Janna with IP, and initially she did not show up in Team Builder's champ list. After a few tries I restarted the client and she appeared in the list. Setting up position/role, summoner's skills, and rune/mastery pages worked fine. However, when I clicked Find Group I got the INVALID_CHAMP_SELECTION message.

Same issue is happening to me with every new champion i purchase. This issue has occurred with the most recent champions i have purchased, thresh and vladimir. I have found that if you relog a few times you can eventually get the champ to at least show up in team builder, but you get the INVALID_CHAMP_SELECTION message.
