Find match won't try to find match

This all started in a queue where we got through champ select to where everyone had picked their champions and the timer for the game to start reached 0. At that point, the game never loaded and we were all still in champ select for about a full minute, still able to use the champ select chat.

I realized the game wasn't going to load, so I quit, and restarted the client. When I got back in and attempted to queue, I could click the "find match" button, but it wouldn't actually search for a match and remained clickable. This has been going on for about an hour now...I tried the "full repair" option in settings, restarting the client, and re-booting my computer, all to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
