33% Scanning files endlessly

I was just playing a game then I exited got on the next day 5.8 had come out. It got to 33% scanned a bunch of files got to 99% then crashed. I restarted the launcher now its just sitting at 33. I did run as administrator and restarted my computer but nothing is working ;( Riot do not have a fix for this. For being such a large game I would think this would be fixed by now
