Client Problems

My client was open but it wasnt loading it was stuck at 90% after alot of waiting my client close and opened the stats it said i was afk also lost 17lp for nothing and got 5 bans 20 min can we do something about this i lost lp and my time pls fix it i dont deserve it so do ather people
