cannot move or cast abilities, not lagging, very game breaking

it's not even a rare thing. it happens at least two or three times a game and it's been happening to some of my friends, and other people i've encountered in game.

during this clip, i had a stable 30-40 ms and was trying to input skills and movement, but literally couldn't move. i could see everything going on realtime and felt like a helpless doll watching. other times i just stand there for about 6 seconds and then all the commands i input start going off once i can move again.

it's really game breaking and i speculate it might have something to do with the new client or the assassin rework causing some bug? idk. it's just really annoying and i can't play the game until it's fixed z_z
