Xin Zhao Q doesn't knock up.
Just did a game of 3v3 with Xin Zhao, and noticed only 1 of my third hit of my Q's did a knock up. It did cancel Yi's W but no knock up.

I saw it do a knock up yesterday.
I also have observed this on Summoner's Rift. About 60-70% of the time Three Talon Strike does not knock up Xin Zhao's target. This applies to all minions, as well as, all champions. The stun / disable still appears to work, just without the knock up. Although there are no specific changes to Xin in 5.3, I suspect the patch to be the culprit.

had the same bug. 3rd attack didnt knock up enemies or jungle monsters
