Battlecast Skarner Bug

I do not have a link or anything. I just played a game with a skarner with the battlecast skin on. Once the game started, he found that he could not leave the pool at the start of the game. He tried to flash out of the pool, it kept dragging him back in. Could this be checked out? Lost me 17 LP in a ranked game.
