[client] SR No champion at spawn

This bug was reported as well back in 2012

I was alt-tabbing between the loading screen and google chrome, everything loaded fine (will sometimes get stuck at 100%)

On spawning in, however, all champions were invisible including my own. I was able to click to move and my champion (Fizz) responded vocally but I have no idea if I was moving or anything. I then noticed that the gold counter at the bottom of the screen was blank - no numbers, not even a 0. Opening the shop interface, my gold counter read 0.

I restarted the client again, and everything was fine. Except the fact, that I was multiple minutes behind in the jungle-- resulting in a well fed enemy jungle, and no camps to clear on my own.

Not a serious bug since it was fixed by a client restart, but figured you should know anyway.

Steps to Reproduce:

Unknown. I have noticed a loading bug, where it will lock at 100% when switching between streaming videos and the loading screen. Resulting in needing to restart my client and a REALLY long spawn for everyone.

These issues began shortly after "upgrading" to Windows 10
