[GAMEPLAY] Patch 5.13 Minion Bug

In my previous game I found an unusual bug with the minions. After going top, there were a few minions that were stuck on the tier 2 turret. They wouldn't take any incoming damage from the Riven Q nor move when a player tried to run into them. Then in the next wave, there is a glitched minion that turns back, then glitches forward again. Potentially game breaking, similar the the minion bug in the Zed video where the minions would get stuck on the inhibitor. Just doing my duty as an avid league player.
