New HUD normals win10 screen flickering?

I've been having a problem with league since I upgraded to windows 10, this issue is only related to normal games, as I played two ARAMS after a normal and there was no issues, but when i'm in a normal my screen goes crazy, it's flickering, icons are ghosting, it's ridiculous, I've never had this problem before. I checked my screens, ports, drivers etc. I even messed around in a custom to see if I could fix it by playing with the interface/ video options along with checking my video cards (which are in perfect working order, tested in several different games and game modes.) . No luck, unfortunately. I'm not really sure if it's a bug or not, but i'd appreciate some help... pwease ?
