People Consistently Disconnecting during ranked games.

Okay so this is like the 18th time in the last 3-4 days that I have done ranked where someone or multiple people on my team disconnects which cause us to loose the game horribly. At the end of the game you usually expect a loss prevented... but instead you see a whopping -20 LP. Thanks Riot you might want to fix this issue... and cause the person who d/cs or afks to lose freaking 40 LP and the people who don't get the loss prevent or a significant reduce in LP loss.. This is causing me to not even play anymore lol.
