Queue accepting

When you accept a match there is a bug what seems to happen where you can get stuck on that screen if someone has declined, does anyone else have this issue or is it just me. Because of this issue i can then not stop the queue or accept the next one because the last one is stuck on my screen. This has resulted to me getting a 30 minute "Suspension" and therefore i am not aloud to play during this time. I am worried to keep trying just in case this somehow increases to what could be a few days or permanent. Can someone help?
