I opened chest and didn't get anything because it siad "loot crashed(something like that)"

I have restarted game and I didn't get anything, I just lost masterwork chest and key that I got by exchanging 1 gem stone for those. Please dear Riot help me if you can by giving me 1 masterwork chest and key back, thank you.

check your emotes, icons and ward skin, had that happen before it turned out to be an emote

Look at your collections. Could be an emote indeed, good idea. If you truly believe something is missing, contact Player Support. Be patient, detailed. They can check your inventories. Let us know what it was.
