[Gameplay] Chat Bug "^"

My ingame chat is not working properly. Everytime i write , an extra "^" is added. It then looks like this: ^hê^l^lô^i^^wôû^l^d^lî^kê^tô^^w^rî^tê^^prô^pê^r^l^l^y^â^gâîn Its really annoying. It happens 95% when i start typing something in the gamechat.. In champ select there are no issues. Please help! Many Thanks and a happy new year to all soon!
