SURRENDER BUG

SO i was in a game playing ashe on my new account cursed klepto. the enemy team had agreeded to surrender 3 to 1 and everyone in the team saw this bug. I was playing with a friend at the time and we were both sitting on skype being like what the hell they surrendered why is it not going through? so i have decided that this needs to be brought up and fixed. The text was in YELLOW so i know that it was a legitimate thing
