Quinn ult bug with Singed

Singed's mega adhesive stops Quinn's ult, both channel and in flight. (description: Taking damage from champions, from turrets, or suffering immobilizing crowd control effects while Behind Enemy Lines is channeling or is active ends it immediately, and puts it on cooldown. All other damage instead briefly Slow icon slow Quinn and Valor.)

I suspect the bug might be caused by the skill having a possibility to root.
