Forecast Janna Dialoge Bug

> I own the Skin "Forecast Janna" and lately I have noticed than when I use ctrl+1 and ctrl+2 instead of forecast janna's dialoge there is forecast janna dialoge and on top of that Janna's dialoge .This does not cause any problem with my gameplay however I find it extremely annoying to keep hearing the defeault janna voice considering I paid 1850rp for the skin
