After 4 years the camera lock bug still exists...what a joke

Camera lock is such a useless feature in this game I have no idea why it has not been removed yet. It wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the annoying piece of shit camera lock bug that still happens to me. The camera lock mode will come on for no reason and its impossible to turn it off without leaving and re-entering the game. Seriously Riot just make an option to permanently turn off that useless function or just remove it completely since you cant fix the bug. I am 99% positive that no one would ever miss camera lock mode if it dissapeared in the next patch.

if you die it goes away too. you can just go to a turret or let a jungle creep kill you.

  1. Yes, some people use that. It may be competitively weak, but some people use it to stabilize their cursor for skillshots, or just because they enjoy it.

  2. I've never seen this, unless it's simply hitting the hotkey, in which case, just hit the hotkey again to get rid of it. I assume that's not the fix.

Is it on a specific champion maybe? Sion? That might be important to know.

manually click on the camera lock above your map, then spam press y, problem solved
