Chat Bug 4.20 Spam ''taunty''

When Syndra uses Force of Will(w) on a jungle neutral minion, ''Taunty'' appears in yellow in the chat. Similar to quinn's DistanceB bug.

This also happens when Rammus taunts anything -- which makes a bit more sense.

This also happens on a bunch of other spells, like Ahri's charm and Jax's counterstrike.
