Ziggs Bug 5.14

Got Ziggs Bug, im not sure what happen but i used w, i wanted blast it when i tossed it, and puff nothing happen. After that i couldnt use w whole game. I died, i maxed it, nothing worked. I won ranked game without w. That game was on Nordic sever today. You can check my game history, hope you have it on your servers. Please fix this bug, its horrible when you try save someone and you cant bescause skill is inactive.
