Left click functions stuck binded to the mouse wheel

While attempting to change attack move to left click I also disabled the scroll speed and assigned left click functions to the mouse wheel. Problem is the attack move part didn't work, but left click is binded to my mouse wheel. No matter what I cant seem to put the left click functions back to left click. I have tried using my account on another computer and still the same, but when I sign in to another account on the same computer everything is default. Please help!
