Missions issue

When i finished Runeterra missions i must get a hextech key fragment but when i finished it i saw words in the right side of the mission called (rewards pending) and i hold 8hrs wait to get it but nothing comes.

P.S: Excuse me about my English cuz i'm learning now :*
