Eve when you are top you dont go invisible at the start of a game anymore

When you go eve in any game 5v5 summoners rift I think (but definitely happens in ranked and normal) you don't go invisible at start at game. You are basically permanently visible till you kill something. This means you cannot go invisible and scout. If you spawn on the bottom side of map, you go invisible like normal after a few seconds. The bug only affects you when you spawn at top. Please fix this.
