Fiora Passive Bug

Yesterday, while playing with my friends, against a Fiora, her passive came up twice. I'm unsure whether or not it actually pops twice, since I didn't want to test that theory, but it tends to show up after her first one is supposed to disappear, it doesn't, and the second one appears. They go away after the max range is reached between fiora and a possible target, but after some time, they start stacking up in twos only.
