Patch 5.14

Since I updated to the new patch I haven't been able to make it through a game. When I start a game my store has a red background which my husband said wasn't on his. After that I go about 30 seconds to five minutes in a game before it freezes indefinitely causing me to have to shut off my computer. I've never had any problems with League before on this computer, so I have tried repairing it and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I don't know what else to do. I'll be disappointed if I don't get to participate in the new bilge water theme! Please help!
