Transfer Account Issue

Hello, dear riot support and player.

I know my English is not perfect that's why I don't report this bug before, cause I get scared people to judge me on my English level. I encountered a serious issue on Friday, February 8th during the transfer of my main account from Europe west to NA cause I move to Canada for studying. I have paid the 20$ as requested but the problem is another player has already taken the same summoner name of my main account and the service doesn't ask me to change it. So finally my main account is actually locked between NA and Europe into your server and I cannot log in it in both region NA or Europe the message shown by the client before the Maj is your account has been removed to another region and after the last Maj your login account credentials don't match an account in our system. So please riot or a player who has encounter the same type of issue give me an answer as soon as you see this message I actually begging you I'm so desperate, I would like to know how I can get my main account back especially I have spent a lot of money on it or can you fix this problem for me the username of this account is Kmazz and the name of the invocator on it is sea sex and sun, originally from Europe West.
