Warlord's Bloodlust bug on panth

I noticed my last ranked game that the warlord's bloodlust didn't gave me any health nor attack speed when I landed critaly strikes. Please if someone noticed this bug leave a message or tell me that it isn't bugged but just unlucky in that game that it didn't work well. Also i noticed that the Warlord's Bloodlust worked on my adc, my jungler and the enemy adc worked well. But as panth strikes 100% when mionions, monsters or champions it didn't gave any health to me and that kinda ruined my laningphase too since i expected to be more sustaineble with the mastery on.
