Aurelion Sol's W 1 sec delay

Hello Riot,

Please take a look at Aurelion Sol's "W" having a 1 sec delay hitting anything.

Also upon reactivating the "W" the stars got outwards rapidly and then go inwards..

Please take a look at rectify this ASAP as this champ is unusable
