[Gameplay] Ekko's Vanishing Q

On occasions when I throw out a Q on Ekko it will not show the animation during the initial hit but on the return it will. It doesn't happen very often but it sure does throw me off when it does. At first I thought it was my skin (Academy Ekko) but it happens with his classic skin as well. This happens probably every 8-10 games I play him; once or twice a game. Hope someone can look into this thanks.
