Per-side offset not working on red side, is normal fixed offset.
CSing as an ADC red side is so hard like this. I don't know if this happens on blue side, too.

Unlock your camera.
Fixed.
Locked camera is a bad habit that will improve you drastically if you fix it. You can hold space to center on your champ.
Edit: Pragmatism is just that. Its not being an ass, you're just sensitive.
There is a thread about this already with alot more upvotes. If people decide to play camera locked all the time, or part of the time, it doesnt matter, its the way they choose to play. But the offset camera not working makes playing with the camera locked when you are the top side team nearly impossible. If you are one of those people who play camera unlocked, you dont know the struggle. Try playing a game camera locked with the offset camera not working and see how we feel.
I really hope we can get a red to help us, or at least let us know they are working on it. Its been 2 days now and no word.
