Every time i click on the button Victory or Defeat at the end of a game my PC crash

Everytime i finish a game and click on the victory/defeat button my screen freezes but my mouse icon can move but it does nothing. Moreover all the alt/tab or ctrl/alt/suppr options don't work. Please help me :) Wazaat
